Care seems good for the rehab patients. Nurses, CNAs,PTs,OTs all seem to be on top of things. The facility itself is old,crappy and dirty. Definitely not sanitary. Looks like it hasn't had an upgrade since the '90s. Went to use the microwave in the PT room kitchen, the dishwasher was full of mold and the stove was filthy. One of the maintenance workers, "Joe", told me that all the recliners are donated. They certainly look like they are. I was also told they have a shortage of walkers. My mother-in-law was in this location and had a stroke and was paralyzed on her left side. One of the workers dropped her and she cracked her skull open and had to be operated on. She died several months after that from repercussions of that fall and nothing was done to this place! It’s horrible place. Don’t put anyone in there. I would post pictures, but they are very gruesome
