Care seems good for the rehab patients. Nurses, CNAs,PTs,OTs all seem to be on top of things. The facility itself is old,crappy and dirty. Definitely not sanitary. Looks like it hasn't had an upgrade since the '90s. Went to use the microwave in the PT room kitchen, the dishwasher was full of mold and the stove was filthy. One of the maintenance workers, "Joe", told me that all the recliners are donated. They certainly look like they are. I was also told they have a shortage of walkers. Wasn't going to give a review until I called to inquire about a job and the front desk lady was very rude and I would never want to work somewhere unprofessional

The head therapist named Jo or Jo Ann, was literally telling a family member that he needed to get better and improve or he was going to get kicked out. Will say the front desk people couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Sean who helped with intake was amazing, and even followed up with us after hearing about the bad experience.
