11/21/2025 So, my dad left to go to the ER, two days ago.... still no call from the nursing home. He ended up having surgery and there has been no communication. Thankfully the people at Mercy hospital reached out to let me know what was going on. Do NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!! THIS FACILITY IS RAN BY INDIVIDUALS WHO SHOW NO CONCERN ABOUT THE QUALITY OF CARE THEIR RESIDENTS RECEIVE AND THEY DONT HAVE A VOICE HERE. I AM A WITNESS THE PLACE IS INFESTED WITH ANTS , WHEELCHAIRS ARE SO FILTHY AND ROOMS ARE DIRTY!!¡!!! THE COVER UP AND FAKE SMILES DON'T TRUST THEM!!!! STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND MANAGEMENT ACCEPTS IT!!!!
Worst place ever the management team will not protect your loved ones!!! I am a CNA and have witnessed the poor, unprofessional,rude and careless work ethics of the employees. The ants are so bad if your loved ones eat in bed it's sure to be ants in the bed and on the food tray. Don't bother complaining to management they have no time and put forth no effort to change anything.
