UPDATE: LIARS! Never did get back to me. Didn't reach out. This is literally a waste dump! Don't trust them! Loved ones get hurt here, need surgery, and they are neglectful! Horrible facility. Wouldn’t leave a dead rodent here. Human garbage dump is what Oasis is. Not much better than their predecessor Delmar Gardens. It’s like putting lipstick on a pig. My name is Marilyn Williams, and my boyfriend name is Herman Conley. We live in Las Vegas. I came down for my birthday, but my main agenda was to come and see what kind of facility this was. The worst place I ever been . Very poor quality of care. No license dietitian around . Nursing home should follow safety food guidelines. Nothing like that, they give wrong diet to poor residents. They don't follow infaction control guidelines. I wouldn't put my love ones there . Very
