I absolutely give DellaSanta Tax Services a ZERO Star rating, and it breaks my heart to do so. We had excellent service from John DellaSanta for 40 years however, he passed away in 2020 and since the moment we were informed of his passing any communication has been dishonest. Each year we paid our tax fee in advance, which John offered. We paid the fee for our 2020 taxes while he was alive and requested a refund after he passed away...because we would not be using his services. If there's a zero star rating, that is what I would rate the current service... John Dellasanta has helped us with both our personal and business taxes for over 20 years, but unfortunately, he passed away in 2020 and since then, the service there is non-existent. We have received a couple FTB requests for missing information for past tax filings and I forwarded them, via emails and six months later, after numerous follow ups, we still have not received any information needed.
