Dell is a multinational, multimillion company that steal from it's customers by adding things they didn't request and then don't provide that service and won't issue a refund. Keeping $43.52 is way more important to them than keeping you as a customer. Greed. I'm currently looking to buy a tablet and a laptop, it certainly won't be from Dell.

Terrible experience with Dell – avoid this brand at all costs. I’m genuinely shocked at how poorly Dell handles its customers and warranty claims. I initially reached out to Dell support because my brand-new laptop started showing issues. Instead of providing real help, they made me go through endless troubleshooting steps that accomplished nothing. Terrible Experience – Received a Damaged Replacement and Can’t Reach Support I’m extremely disappointed with Dell’s customer service.
