It's impossible to call them about delivery, received the email about incorrect address. The address is correct. It's a loop!

The Dell Inspiron 3520 was purchased January 24 2024. The laptop was great. The battery burned out by November 30 2024. Technical department and support gave me the runaround. Trying every technique to to save the battery when I stated that the computer is showing via pop up box not enough power in the battery I was told I was lying. Sales department stated they have none in stock and suggest I go to best buy to get another battery. What a crock. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID from Dell.ca I purchased 20 items on Dell.ca during their Cyber Monday Week at the discounted price posted. I received a bill on my credit card and Dell's invoice 2 days later that upcharged me the full regular price for all items. I contacted support (from india) and they told me I was wrong, that sale was over, althought it was stil occurin during the call and currently is. I purchased a Dell laptop in 2014 that is running to this day. Unfortunately, their more recent products do not seem to boast the same quality standards. I decided to upgrade my laptop in 2023. A couple of months after the 1-year warranty ended, the motherboard died. Upon speaking with Dell, I was informed that they would not stand by their product.
