About the Worst Customer Service I have Experienced I am pursuing filing a complaint about the mortgage banker that I worked with in this company. My refinancing process was replete with errors. I was told I would not require any out of pocket money at settlement. I had to pay an unexpected $900 at settlement - no advance notice whatsoever. Then, when I received my escrow refund from my previous lender, it was $1600 short! Never was I told that there was a "shortfall" in the settlement fees. Total Customer Service The customer service that I received at Dell Franklin was unparrelled. I usually don't do things like this, but in this case I just had to. I have recommended them to friends and they have said the same thing!
If you need a loan, Dell will do it! Great people and service! Incredibly helpful in finding a loan that fit what I needed! Worked hard to get my loan completed in a very short period of time!
