Had some initial challenges when trying to place a delivery order due to the 3rd-party billing user interface; however, after contacting the company's online support , all was promptly resolved. The owner, Neil, was extremely kind, professional, responsive and accommodating, took his time (after hours btw) to help navigate the form field by field with me over the phone, followed up personally to ensure order confirmation and had his team (also excellent) follow up again immediately.
