The worst experience, I took a day off for receiving my order but they called me and said they cannot deliver it on that day. They are not responsive, when I expressed my feeling with them they said you can come here and pick your item. Nonsense

I bought a refrigerator in Las Vegas, NV at Lowe's store. Address: 5825 South Eastern Ave. Las Vegas, NV 89119 on 06/10/2019 and DSI delivery company was to deliver my refrigerator to my house on 06/13/2019. As DSI delivery company came to my house and said, you have a water softener. So, we need a water volves to turn off water. Otherwise, we will not going to do it.
