They dont have a spot driver so you do that for them. Drop n hook means you drop mt then pull loaded out of door then drop it to the side then rehook to mty and drop in door. Make sure you drop mty all the way back to dock lock mechanism. Then rehook to loaded and roll out. Most days I wouldnt mind the extra effort but today the ice is falling so may be a bit treachorous.
