I had to have a procedure done and I was feeling very nervous about it. Delilah and her nurse were very empathetic and understanding, made me feel comfortable throughout everything. She explained things to me and helped me understand certain things so I wouldn’t be as nervous. The procedure went a lot smoother than I thought, and I think it’s mainly due to Delilah being so empathetic, understanding, flexible, and explaining things so well.
