I have consistently tried reaching gentleman that signed me up and customer service. I’m completely dissatisfied with their services. In the beginning everything was fine. I think there’s some form of miscommunication within the staff. They wiped good standing accounts off my credit reports and majority is only being reported to Equifax. I have called and emailed, yet no corrections have been made. The gentleman has yet to return any of my calls about my issues. I feel like I was ripped off.

PLEASE READ THIS ALL THIS. Stay away from these people at all costs. I hired Deletion Experts and they are part of Grand Teton Professionals LLC, Grand Teton Professionals LLC have a F rating on BBB. They have 14 complaints in the last 12 months there. They only been open for few short years too. Don't believe the reviews there. The reviews on there are never verified on BBB. I was saving money for my wedding but I could not as my credit score had gotten down to just 400 whereas it was in 700s before. I realized my identity had been stolen and many negative items were added to my report. A credit card that I never applied for and absolutely no payment to the bank was made. I contacted the Deletion Expert about which I was told by a friend. They helped me amazingly and helped me gain back my score and removed all the negative items from the report. They are truly the perfect people for this job.
