This company was the second to take over a loan made by an Indian Tribe in AZ dba (Western-Sky) at a high rate 300% that far exceeded AZ State law on interest rates. The day after the loan was made in AZ it was sold to a corporation in CA, then after about 2-3 months was sold to Delbert Services which was then in Anaheim CA. The whole thing was a scam. Being dues in Virginia for illegal collection activity. They tried to hide behind Western Sky's claim that only Indian reservation law applies to them. The 4th Circuit told them that was a joke.
These are the most dishonest hacks you are ever likely to encounter. Blocking their number does not work either ... because they call with spoofed numbers ...
This company assumed my loan from Western Sky! Both are a joke...yes it helped at the time I needed the money but I was so desperate that I didn't read the fine print. They lock you in at such a HI interest rate for so many years that you'll never get out. Better to file BK on them then to pay them back!!! Horrible...just horrible! Please find another way to borrow money you'll be better off.
