Matt Valente, on two different occasions, one of which I tried he said was due to personal issues, & I understood. He has once again ignored my many calls, emails and text. I do not recommend doing business with him or his firm 2
I was referred to Matt after months of arguing with my insurance company following the tornado that hit North Wilmington in August 2020. My asbestos siding was damaged. During our first phone conversation he was honest and transparent about the process and what to expect. I decided to hire him and within a few weeks my insurance company agreed to pay for the damage. It was a pleasure working with Matt, and if I ever need a public adjuster I would certainly contact him!
Matt Valente was excellent to work with! I didn’t have to worry about a thing when it came to my claim, he did all the communicating and fought hard to get the most for me. I would not have been able to recover half of what I did without him. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who has an insurance claim. Best around!!
When we had damage to our house we went looking for an adjuster because the insurance company did not want to pay what was required of them.
