DELAWARE COUNTY HAS SOME OF THE MOST NASTY PEOPLE EMPLOYED. IT IS EXTREMELY RARE FOR ME TO GET A PLEASANT OR EVEN A PROFESSIONAL TONE FROM ANY OF THEM IN MORE THAN A DECADE. ONE WOULD THINK THEY WERE WORKING FOR FREE. I HAVE YET TO CALL AN OFFICIAL DEPARTMENT AND NOT BE GREETED WITH A NEGATIVE ATTITUDE. WITH THAT SAID, IF THEY WOULD JUST DO THEIR ASSIGNED JOBS THERE WOULD BE NO NEED FOR US TO 'BOTHER' THEM FROM TWITTLING THEIR THUMBS!
Trying to get someone in the office to answer the phone is like pulling teeth. You could wait 10 minutes, listening to the annoying "on hold" muzak and still nobody answers
I want to start with thanking Helen with the nice tattoos, and Nicole! They both helped me a great deal when I paid my taxes. Beware, there are people sending fake tax documents with false dates on them. It’s sad that some people are so dishonest that they would stoop to such foul tactics. I wish I could give zero stars. The media courthouse sold my home for 400. I was late paying by two days because my car was stolen. So my autistic son and are officially homeless and they could care less. There are no homeless immigrants it’s displaced Americans who are being taxed out of our homes. I live in Chester city which is bankrupt but Media is collecting our tax dollars. Buying up properties and gouging the rent prices.
