Both partners have a history of malpractice lawsuits against them for the fraudulent charges and neglect. As a client I had a terrible experience. The lawyers and staff were rude and arrogant. They were also pushy and hurried. My case turned out horribly and I never felt Delaney McKinney firm was fighting for me or my rights.

I did not have a positive experience with this firm a few years back. My outcome was ok but my case did not receive the required attention. I recently consulted with another firm and am convinced my case was not handled to the standard of care.

Please do not let peer reviews to fool you. They are designed to artificially inflate firm's value and are not a true reflection of the quality of services. As a client, I failed to do my due diligence before the hire and took the spacious office, website advertisement and the staff size as a sign that big respectable firm would stand behind their value. This firm is garbage and defends deadbeat dads who don't want to pay child support. Shame on them!
