Bill Delaney is the most dishonest lawyer I have ever hired. After I paid him $30,000 to represent me as a plaintiff in a breach of partnership case, he agreed to flat rate his fees at $30,000. Eventually, we prevailed in the matter and won a $23,000 judgement in May 2016. Bill Delaney collected the judgment on my behalf but to this day (February, 23 2017) he refuses to give me the money.
