Staff was professional. They explained everything that was going to happen and I was throughly pleased.
When the area hospital could not get my mother in for two months I called Delaney Hearing. They were able to get her in the next day. We have all seen videos of children hearing for the first time. Imagine that face on an 81 year old woman who had not heard well in years. Very thorough hearing screen and explanation of results
So glad that she was able to determine that my hearing issue was due to negative pressure in my ears. After using the Simply Saline and decongestant nasal spray, my hearing has greatly improved.
