This door knob brand was what the contractor used when our house was built. It was brand new construction and we moved in Dec 2016. The front door knob's spindle has a notch/grove worn into it where it protrudes through the latch assembly keyway. This means we have to REALLY twist the knob so the latch assembly moves enough to open the door. My elderly father cannot even open the door as is. The "lifetime warranty" is useless since it wasn't purchased by me, but by the contractor (3rd party). Regardless, this knob only laste... read more
Great customer service! I called about a door knob that was sticking and they sent a replacement to me immediately.
Horrible work environment. Shady employees. 0 star really. The 1 stars you all are placing is 100% accurate. From the leads to the management. They use you, then use a n excuse like, “investigation” to validate their termination all because you helped completed the work they were weeks behind in. Wouldn’t put these locks on my doors.
