I love this place and I love Sarah and Joe who own it! Wonderful YOGA classes, massage therapy, energy work, life coaching, workshops and more! I have tried them all. A safe, perfect environment to grow your awareness and improve your life!!!! I highly recommend it. 🧘♀️🧘♂️

Amazing place and atmosphere! The owners are very friendly and open to answering any questions. I am new to the yoga scene and they have made me extremely comfortable on my new journey.
