Awesome for Celiac's They have an awesome line of gluten/wheat free breads and rolls. The breads are baked fresh and have no yucky ingredients or preservatives in them. You do have to freeze them as they perish quickly but they're an awesome alternative for those of us who can't have gluten. Great variety and wonderful taste!
Great breads for those who have wheat & yeast problems This bakery has been a lifesaver for those who can't tolerate wheat. They basically all have a millet base. They have the best variety I have ever seen. They even have one that doesn't include yeast. They ship too. Only need a minimum of 24 items. They all freeze great.
