We had the pleasure of working with Stephen to close on our condo. During these challenging times Stephen and everyone was extremely professional and practiced physical distancing while we signed our papers. I highly recommend Stephen. He was very professional and explained everything in detail and even provided some comic relief during these challenging times.
Stephen was extremely helpful in the closing of our new home. In fact, given a last minute change, our closing had to happen while we were out of the country and Stephen went above and beyond to make sure the closing could happen. Without his quick thinking we would have been delayed and our children would not have been allowed to start in their new school. Stephen was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him.

What a great experience! Been doing this a long time, Attorney Delamere and his asst Kathy worked miracles with this one and made the process seamless. Their both very personable and diligent! Grateful for their hard work and hope to work with them again. Highly recommended!
