Had a rather concerning, frustrating, and disappointing experience with Delamar & Delamar while selling the home of my deceased parents. The amount of spelling errors was atrocious for a law office, let alone anyone in a professional setting. Numerous forms needed to be fixed. When brought to their attention I was told it would be fixed and then come to find out it wasn't. Our sale of our home closing was scheduled for 10/14/25, but did not happen and no one notified us. Apparently it closed on 10/15, but the check for the settlement did not get sent out and no one can tell me where our $356,000 check is. I would not recommend using this at for a real estate closing attorney.
