I don’t recommend this Filipino lawyer. At first, I was confident and happy to work since we shared the same dialect and came from the same province. However her only solution to my immigration case was the typical and outdated suggestion of “getting married to a U.S. citizen” to obtain a green card. Thankfully, I found another lawyer who reopened my case and presented me with two viable pathways to achieve my green card without resorting to such limited options. My immigration story has come to end, it was an amazing journey with the help of Dela Cerna Law office, Atty Claudette and her Whole Staff did an excellent job with all the presentations. Attorney Delacerna’s office got back to me right away and was scheduled for consultation the next day. She explained what went wrong and laid the best option to solve the problem. One thing I really commend about Attorney Delacerna is she doesn’t push her services to you if you can file it on your own unlike other law offices.
