We are now one year at Del Web River-lights. The community and location are great! Our home has the perfect floor plan layout which is comfortable for us. Del Wed one year warranty process was expedient and a smooth process. Thanks to Caitlin!

Thanks for all the reviews. Was thinking of looking here but nothing worse than get rich quick shoddy contractors. DH Horton homes I was looking at in Supply area even worse. A shame peoples hard earned money invested in the homes that contractors think new paint will hide.
UPDATE: Following Pulte's response to my review below, I reached out to them with the information they requested. That was 2 weeks ago and they still haven't reached out. We love our neighbors and have lived in DW Riverlights for over a year. What we have realized is that the association management and BOD at DW Riverlights are not working in the best interest of the homeowners.
