Wehad 203 items to be taken care of before we moved into our new home. All problems were taken care 2. If we had to select a home again it would not be plute, which is the worst builder in Texas.
True Stella Cordova was helpful in my selection to move to Sweetgrass. Josh Wells met with me after my move in a walked me through the systems and day to day maintenance required. So much stuff my late hubby just took care of was now my responsibility. Thanks Josh. Love living here.
I would say I found the right place where I could spent the rest of my retirement years in this Del Webb community. people are very welcoming and willing to help . I feel safe and would surely recommend this place to my friends and family. On top of this , I found the warranty dept. headed by Josh Wells very concerning and supportive on whatever issues I have regarding my house.
We are happy with the house we bought. The saleslady, Stella, specially Josh Wells, the gentleman who works in the warranty department, have been a great pleasure to work with. We will highly recommend Del Webb to our friend and relative.
