Envara is the absolute worst security ever. Why the hell are you having remote rent-a-cops who can’t match a name to a list FOR A RESIDENT. contractors literally leave because it takes 10-15 minutes just to get in. I have to explain everything 9 times just for them to call someone else to verify in the most inconvenient time. That’s invasive. Stop with Envara Security. Stop being cheap. Pay in-person security a living wage.
The gate here is such a pain that I wish my parents never bought a house here. Routinely, people will go up to the gate and wait for someone with an approved license plate (like me) to show up, which will open the gate. By the time I get to the gate, it’s closed.
