Love this subdivision. Community center and pool are beautiful. This is a 55 and up community.
wish my parents didn’t buy a house here. like others are saying the gate system is a nightmare every time i come home. this is not an exaggeration. the gate doesn’t let me in after scanning my plate, they claim my parents didn’t answer a phone call to let me in when they didn’t even call them, the gate is constantly backed up that it takes me 10 min to simply get through and get home. the system is constantly changing too so that makes it even more confusing and frustrating. sometimes there’s a security guard in person other... read more
Envara is the absolute worst security ever. Why the hell are you having remote rent-a-cops who can’t match a name to a list FOR A RESIDENT. contractors literally leave because it takes 10-15 minutes just to get in. I have to explain everything 9 times just for them to call someone else to verify in the most inconvenient time. That’s invasive. Stop with Envara Security. Stop being cheap. Pay in-person security a living wage.
The gate here is such a pain that I wish my parents never bought a house here. Routinely, people will go up to the gate and wait for someone with an approved license plate (like me) to show up, which will open the gate. By the time I get to the gate, it’s closed. Then, it’s time to go around and repeat the cycle. It is ridiculous. Either have a live gate manager, or make it reasonable to enter without one.
