My wife knew many people retiring in Del Webb homes. When it was our time to find our retirement home, we chose a Del Webb 55+ community. Del Webb North Ranch has been wonderful for us. I'm at the gym 6 days a week. The morning gym regulars are very friendly and motivating. The other residents have been friendly. We know most people on our street and go out to restaurants and do other activities with them. The events at the Club House are nice. The pools always look wonderful.
