I live there. Very active community. Neighbors are friendly, want to hang out, lots of activities, beautiful place to live and because it’s gated it’s safe.
We have been here three years, and I love the community. Great neighbors and we have made many new and close friendships. More activities than you could ever imagine, from weekly happy hours throughout the neighborhood, to pickleball, many social events, and events supporting local charities. A great amenities center with a fitness center, beautiful pool and hot tub, and a place to stop in for a cup of coffee, and to chat with neighbors. Wonderful staff that work there, too. I feel very much at home here.
The people that work here are amazing they are very helpful and people-oriented the facility is just great if you're going to move here they've got an HOA that I think kind of is out in left field actually that's not true I think they are just between a rock and a hard place making people happy and some of the rules are stupid. There were lots of problems with the construction and getting it completed and getting it finished but we moved in during covid so I guess it's excusable but I thought they were in a rush to get the d... read more
