We sincerely enjoyed working with Daniel our Construction Manager at Del Webb at Lake Oconee. He goes the extra mile to build a first class home. We highly recommend building with Daniel at Del Webb!
Del Webb Lake Oconee looks beautiful, but the management culture is toxic. Residents are denied access to rooms, funding, and staff support—yet expected to run clubs and events. When concerns are raised, management denies there’s an issue, attacks the messenger, and plays the victim. Pulte may not want this culture—but they created the conditions for it, and they’ve done little to change it. If transparency and respect are restored , then I would Recommend the community. Until then , buyer beware.
