Del Webb Lake Oconee looks beautiful, but the management culture is toxic. Residents are denied access to rooms, funding, and staff support—yet expected to run clubs and events. When concerns are raised, management denies there’s an issue, attacks the messenger, and plays the victim. Pulte may not want this culture—but they created the conditions for it, and they’ve done little to change it. If transparency and respect are restored , then I would Recommend the community. Until then , buyer beware.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my first year at Del Webb at Lake Oconee. My home is functional as well as aesthetically pleasing. My neighbors are positive and engaged not only in Del Webb but the community as a whole. What a beautiful, fun place to mature in. Life is good.
Neighbors are great, amenities adequate, non-residents having access to property is a joke and quality of workmanship and materials are average at best.
