I have lived here one year today and am so pleased with my home, the service and the coordination of any repairs, minimal, that were needed. I love the floor plan, and especially the kitchen and screened in porch. It is a beautiful community in a beautiful area.
On one of our first mornings living in our lovely new home, my wife took this photo of a deer grazing in our back area. We have enjoyed the entire build process at Del Webb Lake Oconee, and look forward to learning more about our new community.
We recently had a home built by Pulte at Del Webb Lake Oconne. We built a home before with a prominent builder. However, their customer service was mediocre at best. However, it was the complete opposite dealing with our production manager Collin Eberhart. He was outstanding and so was our sales agent Nikki Howard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pulte Homes.
Our construction manager, Collin, was fabulous! He was knowledgeable, professional and was on top of everything.
My husband and I recently moved into the neighborhood, and I wanted to reach out and say how much we love our new home. We are so pleased with our decision to move here. It is a wonderful community, and we find it very quiet and peaceful. We look forward to getting to know our neighbors better.
