We visited this Del Webb community while on vacation in the Myrtle Beach area. It’s always fun to walk thru model homes when we can find them! At this particular community, there was one floor plan we liked, plus we also enjoyed looking at the decor throughout. Our main complaint…? The VERY squeaky doors!! Nothing that a little spray of WD-40 couldn’t easily remedy. I remember hearing it on EVERY one of the entry doors, plus a few others along the way. Horrible. Charged for ocean club. Closed out of every activity. To many members. No parking no chairs and they keep adding members. Forced to be member. Going to move
