Great experience, very helpful to new shotter good knowledge and lots of info great price.
Bought one double rifle case for 89.95. There were two of them. I didnt realize one was 69.95 and the other was 89.95 for the identical case . I approached Kyle who works there about it only to be told Del makes his own prices up and they are not all the same. Have been a long.time.customer but seeing this i wont be going back any time soon. Kyle was too busy playing on his cell phone to deal with this issue properly
Used to be my first recommendation for a gun shop, and I really wanted to like this place. Del is one of few competent gun Smiths in the Okanagan, but he is such a grumpy old man I don't want to ever talk to him or the other staff members ever again. The employee with the long greesy hair and Osama bin Laden beard is always rude and condescending, plus the last time I was in there near closing he was drinking vodka from a cup (pretty sure this could cost them their gun business license).
