Got a letter in the mail about my vehicle, I’ve been missing my vehicle for a month so they were charging me 2,000. I tried talking to the man who answered the phone and he was very rude, called me “crazy” and “lazy” when I was trying to get info about my vehicle.
THEY ARE THIEVES, They charged me $1600 for towing 50 miles. They do not answer the phone, and when they do, they are very rude. This people should be investigated and shut down
My car tow to the yard and had to pay a feed was a bit stiff but not crazy the reason why I give them 5 stars is for the costumer service they provide for me it was above expectations really professional and respectful definitely will recommend 👌
-0 stars if possible very unprofessional, rude staff never answer the phone and if they do they just cut you off and hang up just horrible experience TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
