They are so friendly and kind go above and beyond for their customers! Very happy to bank here!
This Del One branch is ghetto, despite having an appointment you may end up waiting for 15-20 minutes just to get serviced. The Manager Lisa definitely does not know what the heck she be doing. I don’t know who gave her that position. I would recommend giving that position to one of the tellers but they’re not professional at all. Wearing crocs to work in a financial branch is an all time low.
Jaelyn was very sweet and accommodating. Answered every question I had. It was a very safe and comfortable environment. The customer service was better than most banks.
