We bought a Business and some how we were forced to keep on the old owners /they were great friends to the loan officer/..Yes forced /we had plenty of money to put down but we had to have a second mortgage? All these years I was set up for losing the Business.. The old owners harassed me the loan officer was always looking into my account!! During Covid No help we were New to the area … but never imagined the hell we’d go though from the pior owners !!! Thier ATM doesn't except deposits.... they don't tell this when you open a account, they have a night drop box that offers no proof of deposit. This is the 21st century deposits at a atm is a very very basic function that this bank fails to offer which i guess I should of asked but one would assume a restaurant serves water. So unless your ok with making a deposit and having zero proof of deposit I don't recommend this bank.
For as long as we have been with them they have always been about investing in the community. Service has been great. Especially when setting up our direct deposit account. They did such a great job in comparison to another bank we work with. Thank you.
