Don’t deliver here if you can . Especially if you booked aload with United royal express llc, I was sechedule to deliver on 10-07-2026 at 10:00am. I checked inn 09:00 I was told to go outside parked on street and wait for their call I wish I can give -star . It took 3 days to unload me
if you come it's better to get here before 1pm. After that it's very unpredictable. could be 45 minutes could be 5 hours. During the summer season the wait time is 4hrs minimum. Avoid During the summer months. October thru April best time to go.

Very slow place. Have heard this from other carriers but they constantly have "dock issues" and such. Lazy and slow deliveries. Driver arrived 2 hours before appt time for DEL and they have not given him a dock well in the PM time. Avoid the place. Do not come here.
I just needed a load in between my next load. Found a perfect match with good money. After reading all bad reviews, I decided not book the load from this facility. I really don’t want to mess up my next booking.
