I was very impressed with this firm. They were helpful, knowledgeable, fluent in English, and very quick to respond to an urgent tax matter with a deadline to appeal. In the end I didn't proceed as they advised my chance of success was low. This of course prevented them from earning any fees, but they were more concerned to give me the correct advice.
