Great hat, really happy with the product! The lead time was quite slow, though. My order wasn’t shipped once it was ready—I had to follow up to get an update, and only then did they send it out. In total, it took about 6 weeks to receive my sample order.

I ordered 12 hats. 6 of 1 design, 6 of another. I was given a proof for 6 of them, and then the whole order of 12 was shipped without a proof for the other design. From this point on, starting at the shipping notification, over the course of over a month, Dekni would ignore all further communication with me.
