Don't allow these people to service you generator. A perfectly working generator that was just due for service, is now not running at all after they serviced it. Call to get it fixed and get the run around, the "OH WE ARE BOOKED UP" and "we will get back to you" that never happens. A week after the service, we don't have a working generator.
