Good customer service and speedy service
The Rancho Cordova Enterprise is on their A-game ! I was helped by Blake and everything was quick, easy and painless. The vehicle was spotless and the ease of renting and returning was great. Thank you !
Lost a wallet with cash, credit cards, gift card and IDs. Enterprise was extremely helpful in helping me locate the wallet in a previous rental and return it with everything intact. Great group of people from the guy that checked me in, all in the office, detail team and the manager whom took my name and number. Everyone exceeded all of my expectations and the rental experience displayed great customer service and honesty. Will definetly have Enterprise as a first choice in the future.
