The staff at this location are above and beyond! Especially Jordyn amd Julio. Excellent customer service, so kind and patient and friendly. Genuine and caring. Will always rent cars from this location!
Corp. Customer care was of no help, sent me to escalations and he said" I have no idea why you are talking to me, I can't help you..." It can always get worse with Enterprise. I'd like an explanation of what I am being charged for. I didn't have use of the car for 4 days as planned and the car broke down before I got to my destination. So what are the charges for? Our rental experience with Enterprise was flawless. Emma checked us in and showed excitement for our family trip to Los Angeles. Highly recommend the Chevy Malibu for a small family traveling. The ride was smooth, the seats were so comfy for the long drive and the trunk space alone was worth the price. We were able to fit a stroller, bassinet attachment, baby bouncer and 4 bags. Upon returning the car Julio greeted us kindly and Jordyn checked us out quickly with the friendliest smile.
