BEWARE DON'T GO TO ENTERPRISE THEY RIP YOU OFF. I really loved it this Enterprise until today. Usually I rent a car and it's pretty cheap and I have no complaints. But today when I left I left with a bill that was $320 and I thought it was going to be maybe 150. For starters they gave me a car that was $7 over the limit which the warranty company would pay for. If I would have kept the car the whole time that would have been $84. I was there renting the car when there was a horrible accident across the street. I wish somebod... read more
Outstanding customer service!
I have reserved for full size SUV. Jordyn called day before and notified me they don’t have SUB due to recall. She offered either Pacifica or Honda Odyssey. When I arrived I told Juan I will take Honda Odyssey and he said it will be extra &15 a day. I told him Jordyn confirmed without additional fee. He didn’t honored. I gave 5 starts to Jordyn for informed me. I will give 3 start to Juan. Overall I will give 5 starts to this branch. A lot of better than one in Lincoln. Thank you guys
