The staff here is friendly and helpful! I rent from them often from work and they always take great care of me! I always recommend this location to my friends and family because of the great customer service I receive.
I had a confirmed reservation for a compact, but when I arrived they claimed none were available and tried to upsell me $75 for a bigger car. When I refused the bait-and-switch, they pressured me, then the manager flat-out denied me a rental. I walked in limping from an Achilles injury, I’m a disabled veteran and an autism father, and had just sold my car while waiting on the deposit to clear before buying a new one.
