Terrible customer service, horrible response times, faulty products. I tried getting help on my BRAND NEW 2024 F450. The dump bed is half way up and clocked off. I have a scale receipt I was 1,850 lbs on a dump rated for over 6,000lbs. No help. Unacceptable
They took care of my dump trucks needs in a timely manner and had us back and up on the road.
