I can’t comment on any of their services because they literally never answer the phone or reply to emails. What’s the point of taking on clients if you’re not going to respond. Only time I hear from them is when they need documents. And if you call them back to speak about the documents and get some more clarification, they do not answer. To all the public adjusters and homeowners out there do not use this company.
They never answer the phone which is soo annoying.
I got a speeding ticket that was ridiculous. Really high over the limit to the point they wanted to make it a criminal charge. My office is in the same complex and Kerri Deitsch was able to really help me out, she got the ticket reduced (no criminal) and no conviction on my records . We even got the judge to let spread my payments. I am very relieved, it feels like a fair resolution it could have been so much worse and expensive, they don’t charge me too much either, and she went to court with me (on zoom) and everything! I have a case with this company and try know about statues almost impossible has been over than 1 year that I have not been talked with attorney I asked to speak with him many times but never call me .. now thinking Transfer my case to someone else..I do not recommend this company....👎👎do not ever give your case this attorney
