No communication after multiple messages via phone, email and a stop at closed office on a Friday afternoon. I ended having to go elsewhere.

Worse tax preparation ever been waiting over 4 months for my return just to get off the phone with the irs and tell me mr mitch here didn't submit my 1040 form and was paid cash to do so...what a rip off
