Great customer service. Got a poly 6’10 mid length fish. Took it out for the first time yesterday. The board is super light and has a great glass job on it!
I Do Not recommend surfing their epoxy longboards in anything over knee high. My brand new 9’0” longboard snapped on a headhigh wave. Bought two boards from them this winter 7’ 2” poacher snd 9’0” longboard and have experienced an unresponsive team when reaching out to jake their manager about broken longboard. Bad taste i my mouth for sure. Already ordered new longboard from different shaper to replace longboard.
So so so thrilled with my Degree33 experience! I purchased my first board (Ultimate Longboard) last month, and I’m so pleased with how the board looks and how she handles in the water! My only downside was the shipping company - they lost my board for a short amount of time and were actually quite rude about the entire thing. But the Degree33 team (especially Trevor!) stepped right in and got everything sorted out within 48 hours.
