This place is the worst Skyzone I ever visited. First thing they were trying to make me pay for a membership for a 1 year old who would be free for a regular ticket. They have these membership only nights and they force you to pay for a membership and the place is ran down and small. The person at the register was rude. I will never come to this Skyzone again. I never experienced a bad Skyzone. This was the first

I do love the set up of the place, and my grandkids did enjoy themselves, however, when it was time for us to exit there was no one checking our wristbands to make sure our colors all matched, so that isn’t safe at all for me when it comes to children and play areas.

I reserved 10 am tickets online. Barb at the front desk was rude when checking us in as she was upset that we got there at 9:56 am. She insisted that we wait outside until 10 am and was mad when I refused. The place (including the bathrooms) is filthy for us to be literally the first people there for the day. There are no staff supervising the children. Unacceptable for the cost.

The only reason I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the kind gentleman that helped me today when I came into the store. I unfortunately did not get his name but he was tan, longer dark hair, average height and was incredibly kind to me. I spent 2 weeks calling and leaving messages asking for help and received nothing in return. What kind of establishment doesn’t answer or at least return phone calls? My son and I love this place, he jumps, I get my workout in. Best of both worlds. EDIT: They tripled in price and are more restrictive with offering nothing new. So we do not go here anymore.
