As a father who brings my kids to DEFY almost every day, I invested in memberships for three of my children and have supported DEFY all year with consistent visits. We have never had an issue. Your website clearly states that kids 6 and under are free, yet the staff at the front desk told me I needed to pay for my 3-year-old. This is unacceptable and misleading, especially for loyal members who trust the information on your website.
