This is my favorite trampoline park! There are three trampolines that are very bouncy, and a pit with foam blocks!Â
Bought 3 monthly memberships at one time. To cancel, they require you to send an email requesting cancellation. I did that in February, and they continued to charge me for 4 months. Then I wrote them again to request a refund and a cancellation. They didn’t respond but cancelled 2 of the 3.No refund. I didn’t notice they continued to charge me $25/month for 4 more months. So it was $400 in total they scammed me for after I clearly requested that all 3 memberships needed to be cancelled.Â
Every year we have my kids birthday party here, and every year it is amazing! The staff are very kind and helpful. Everything is clean, and staff is always making sure kids are safe and no one is getting too out of hand. Plus, the party hosts are the realy MVPs. They set up the decor for you, make sure you have drinks always full, the pizza is super delicious, and they help clean up after. Highly recommend!!Â
