Great spot to take your kids and let them get their energy out. The facility is always clean, the staff is friendly and there are a ton of places to eat at after you’re doneÂ
We tried booking a party at DEFY for my son's 11th birthday for months, but it was booked. We decided to just show up with kids and cake so my son could jump. We were told by the manager that we could not sing happy birthday in the building because we didn't pay for a party booking, which DEFy didn't have anyway. Manager was very tricked so we took kids out to the cold patio to sing Happy Birthday, sucks. The kids did have fun jumping and the supervisor Addison was amazing and helpful.
