Update !!! Things have been revamped, everything is back in working order. My daughter and her friend had a fantastic time last Saturday (11.15.25) at the glow night! Great customer service from the front desk staff and the manager on duty! Only downside was them not having any kid sizes the glow shirts they have to wear for glow night. Found out after I was inside they gave just become cashless. Would be great if they added that information to their website, or had signs on their doors alerting people. Had to leave early with the because we couldn't purchase any water.
The team was great! Ava helped prepare about a week before the birthday. She shared all the details which became a reality on party day. Janae was our host and she was phenomenally attentive and anticipated all our needs. We couldn’t have had a better experience! All the children and parents enjoyed the birthday party because of the SZ team!!! Thank you!
