My son had the time of his life
Found out after I was inside they gave just become cashless. Would be great if they added that information to their website, or had signs on their doors alerting people. Had to leave early with the because we couldn't purchase any water.
The team was great! Ava helped prepare about a week before the birthday. She shared all the details which became a reality on party day. Janae was our host and she was phenomenally attentive and anticipated all our needs. We couldn’t have had a better experience! All the children and parents enjoyed the birthday party because of the SZ team!!! Thank you!
We had lots of fun jumping on trampolines and sliding down huge slides that send you flying through the air!
Very disappointed with my experience at Sky Zone today. The agent, Aerenna, was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. She spoke to me like she owned the place and made the whole experience very uncomfortable. Sky Zone is supposed to be a fun, family-friendly environment, but her behavior completely ruined the visit. Management needs to address this
