Imagine charging full price and not having your trampolines operating and being completely understaffed. It’s honestly offensive. For those wondering, no the trampolines are not available, and they have a total of one employee working the play area. Pretty remarkable - if I’m paying full price for half the attractions, it better be fully staffed. I’m disappointed.
Ts place was actually so ahh No trampolines, charged $5 for a pair of socks. Not clean very dusty and employees weren't helpful. Fine because they're re-opening the trampolines in a few weeks so that's alr. 3 stars IF they re-opened the trampolines.
The place was really fun but the Dippin dots machine didn't work but I think it was the manager helped us. Nice experience for not a bad price. Enjoyed the slide
The manager us great but the most of the staff can go and take lesson from urban air.
The place is not clean , especially the bathrooms.
