About to cancel our membership. I was told that we had to pay extra because of glow night even though were members. What a rip off! Charging people extra just because you turned off some lights.
Changing 5 star review to 1 bc had glow night advertised but have to pay additional even if you are a member. So misleading advertising not open til 10 then you're only open til 8 if members have to pay additional after 8. And now I see no longer accepting VIP passes so am I gonna get reimbursed the 2 I had saved for when we don't have a membership? Also idk if there is new management but this place has declined.
Kids had an amazing time
Everything was great until they threw out my daughter’s birthday cake. Did I mention that it was her birthday and we were having a party in the party room ? And then we I told them they should be more aware of that for future guests -they rolled their eyes at me.
