Fantastic! Not crowded, clean, staff SOOO helpful. Especially Ricka. She had a great smile and bent over backwards to accommodate every request I had. We do not live there, but met friends there as we passed through town. We LOVED her
If it wasn't for my kids loving it then I wouldn't come back but they are easy to impress. We have been here several times in the last few years and only ONCE which was the very first visit was it fully functional and staffed. Now it's so unprofessional, nothing but teens working and all they do is stand around talking and flirting. The zip line and slide is always unattended, kids doing it themselves and I just hope no falls. Illegally charging our debit card for a subscription we didnt agree to. Been here ONE TIME and the front desk lady told us if we paid for a month pass, it would be cheaper and that it was just for that single month - she assured us of this when i said "we dont need it monthly as we do not live nearby" - we dont even live in the area. Trying to call them during business hours and unable to get through to anyone. Had no idea this place charged us over $100 last month and tried again this month.
