I canceled membership at the desk. The girl told me no more charges. Guess what ? They still charges me $28.88 per month! I have to call my credit stop the payment right way. Meanwhile l try to call them and email them cancel the membership no one answers the phone. Email them says not going to credit me unless I call my credit to cancel the black. Ugh. Just want to tell you guys watch out your wallet .

I had my son's 7th birthday party here a couple.of weeks ago. The party package says it included a hostess foe the party. The lady wasn't very friendly upon arrival. The party room wasn't ready. When it was time to return to the party room, pizza was waiting on the table (not hot), NO HOSTESS IN SITE!!! We served the kids ourselves. Celebrated my son’s 3rd birthday here, huge mistake! Very Poor customer service! Rude party host! To be a well established business to have no food, no cold drinks, icee machine full of liquid no ice mid afternoon on a Saturday is crazy just junk food(chocolate,candy) is insane!

Do NOT use your debit/credit card! You will automatically be set up for a membership without your consent!!! I’ve been trying to get this stopped since April! I even shut down my old debit card and got a new card and it still continued to come out of my account! You have to go through their website portal to stop your membership but it doesn’t work!!! DO NOT GO TO SKYZONE!!!
