Well I’ve tried to cancel my membership online. That’s a joke. Checked my bank account and I have several charges after the fact. I’ve tried to look up online customer service number and non existent. Called the local park and no answer. Don’t do the membership period it’s a scam.

When we initially registered we weren’t given all the proper information about a guest pass or about how the membership works. When we came for our second visit it was a complete mess! The Hispanic lady (who said she was the manager) gave us such a hard time and was supper snappy with us. We ended up buying more memberships and socks due to the policy- which if that’s for everyone - I understand- but just wish there was more transparency and all staff give you the same information. As a face painter I am very aware of how these places work for birthday parties. I attempted to have my waivers signed, as I have multiple kids, prior to arriving. The website would not allow me to do the waiver. When we get to defy gravity using Google maps it put us on the wrong side of the building..... the sign says defy extreme air sports making us think there was a separate part for the typical trampoline park.
