Been going here for almost 7 years now. Never had an issue with anyone. They are amazing and friendly.
This is one of my son's favorite places to visit. He can't seem to get enough.
As always, we thoroughly enjoy our time at Defy Gravity. Even during a very busy period with kids out of school for winter break, Zuri, Matt, Josh, Mila, Shane, and the rest of the staff did a fantastic job making sure the kids had a great time while still keeping everyone safe. The energy is always positive, the staff is attentive, and it’s clear they genuinely care about both fun and safety.
