Staff will contradict eachother. Also find it odd to work at a kids place if you can’t tolerate kids. So be mindful of the workers, they don’t tend to stand up for the kids or themselves.
We had my daughter’s birthday party at defy this year and it was a great experience! We are long time fans of defy but the party experience exceeded all expectations. Our party team leader was Leah! She is who truly made this experience exceptional. From the moment we arrived she immediately embraced us with a warm kind welcome. Making sure the party space was clean and decorated.
