We were given a free pass after hosting a birthday party at this location. We show up to use the free pass and they wouldn’t let us use it anymore. Not expired, not fake just they don’t want to honor it. Spend $500 plus here for a party and they don’t hold up their end of the bargain. Shady business practices
Took my sons for the first time to this location and they loved it. We were greeted with great customer service by Cecilia, who was very professional and knowledgeable. The park is wide open and the seating makes sense. We'll be going back.
Lack of control at this sky zone seems to be a big issue! There were teenagers, running around, nearly knocking over a little children, and when I said something to the guy who was on his phone texting, he seemed not concerned. I still said something to the manager Stanley about it his staff is on their phone and not properly supervising and this continued for the whole two hours that we were there with our children and then you’re paying for security that again is on his phone and not concerned about the teenagers running a... read more
We went there for about a year, had a membership for about 5 months. My 6 yr daughter had a great time and i liked going also, but it is pricey and very long wait times at the front desk were common. When you pay for the membership you should not have to pay extra for the weekend thing. The process to cancel a membership is a little more than it should be as well, you should be able to cancel at the front desk just like you sign up.
Needs more kid friendly music. Like some shrek soundtrack or something. Not all this new aged stuff
